Ramapo Valley OB/GYN offers the full spectrum of obstetrical and gynecological services that encompass outpatient, inpatient and office-based fulfillment.

Obstetrics
For our obstetrical patients, we provide convenient, in-office ultrasound, genetic testing, in-office fetal monitoring (non-stress testing) and delivery at a beautifully appointed, state of the art hospital with Level 2 NICU, 24 hour in-hospital anesthesia and private LDR (labor, delivery, recovery) suites as well as private post-partum rooms. A full range of parenting and infant care classes are also availble as well as private assistance from one of our full time lactation consultants.

Office Gynecology
For our gynecological patients, we offer contraceptive counseling, STD testing, HPV vaccination, Minimally invasive surgery (Laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy, vaginal hysterectomy, Laparoscopic total hysterectomy), evalution and treatment of abnormal pap smears (including in-office colposcopy and LEEP), management of menopausal symptoms and evaluation and treatment for infertility, office sterilization procedure (called ESSURE) and office endometrial ablation procedure (called THERMACHOICE).

da Vinci® Surgery
Complex hysterectomies and other gynecologic procedures, robotic assisted surgery with the da Vinci® Surgical System may be the most effective, least invasive treatment option. Through tiny, 1-2 cm incisions, surgeons using the da Vinci® System can operate with greater precision and control, minimizing the pain and risk associated with large incisions while increasing the likelihood of a fast recovery and excellent clinical outcomes.
